Grilled Tilapia Fish Tacos with SlawIngredients: 4 Tilapia Filets (approx 2 lbs) 1 tsp Kosher Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper Louisiana Hot sauce (to taste) ¼ cup canola oil 2 limes 8 corn tortillas Coat the tilapia generously with the canola oil. Sprinkle on salt & pepper. Juice half a lime on each filet. Oil the grates on the grill at least 4 times t ensure the fish will not stick. Place filets on a medium high grill turning every 4 minutes until slightly firm to the touch and opaque. Sprinkle with hot sauce. Set aside lightly tented with foil.
