Kansas City Style Canadian BBQ Rib Rub

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon ground dried chives

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container
