Salmon on the Grill

One filet of Salmon with skin
Kosher salt
Pepper
1 lemon sliced thinly
Bunch of dill
Place the salmon on a tray and sprinkle generously with kosher salt and pepper. Alternate slices of lemon and small bunches of dill. Grill indirect until the flesh of the salmon is opaque and firm to the touch.
Serve with dill sauce
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c mayonaisse
salt
pepper
1/4 c finely chopped dill
2 tbls chopped chives
juice of 1 lemon
Puree in food processer or blender until well mixed Chill
